To work in-store, and internally, to continue developing our strong brands Zoegas, Cheerios, Nesquick, Purina, Latz, Gourmet, Nestlé Baby Food, NAN, Min Frukt, and Resorb.
As a Sales Representative at Nestlé Sweden, you will be part of our team in the Middle region consisting of 8 people. You report to a Regional Field Sales Manager. We offer you a fast-paced, fun, and developing job where you become part of a winning team. You will have a large network externally with customers and internally with colleagues at Nestlé. In this role, you will spend most of your time in the field. The district stretches from Norrköping up to Järna, over to Eskilstuna and Katrineholm. We believe you live in the Katrineholm/Norrköping area.
Your role involves,
- In-store, selling, developing, and being responsible for sales within categories where our brands are represented.
- Strong focus on personal responsibility and development with motivated and engaged colleagues.
- Utilizing resources and our “toolbox” in a business-like manner in-store.
- Managing a large network externally with customers and internally at Nestlé.
- Collaboration, sharing ideas with each other, and having fun together every day. Sometimes the work can be hectic, but we guarantee it will never be boring!
Effectively plan to achieve goals based on the priorities and conditions that exist. As a Sales Representative, you drive sales towards agreed-upon targets. We provide you with the conditions to succeed with full support through coaching, training, and present leadership.
We are looking for the power of you
You have several years of experience in retail sales in the grocery industry. We believe you have an education in sales and marketing or similar, at least equivalent to a high school education. We believe you are good at and enjoy giving oral presentations. The corporate language is English, so you are proficient in both English and Swedish. We assume you are proficient in all parts of MS Office and iOS.
For the role, we are looking for someone who has a great passion for sales and meeting people and is driven to exceed high expectations from customers. You appreciate independent work with great freedom, significant personal responsibility, and a demand for good results. This means you must be driven and take initiative, be self-sufficient to a high degree, action-oriented, responsible, proactive, and engaged in your tasks, assignments, and customers.
You are outgoing, positive, and humble. You create, develop, and maintain relationships and trust, externally with customers and internally, and find it easy to collaborate.
You can easily listen, analyze, and understand what the customer needs and communicate clearly, concisely, and convincingly. You engage in effective and persuasive arguments when necessary and have the ability to influence.
You take engaged responsibility for driving the process in collaboration with customers and colleagues to achieve results.
